The defense is asking for for a plea of 2nd degree murder, which has a sentence of 10-25 years. The decision goes to the homicide panel on Tuesday. We will be notified Tuesday afternoon.
We pray they decline the plea and allow it to go to trial. We hope it's allowed it to go to trial and to be blessed with a jury who gives him what he truly deserves, life in prison.
Whatever the intent, Murder is Murder!!!
