Narcissist love to abuse victims. They may do this when their bored or for some imagined slight. Their victims can be family, friends, lovers even strangers.
The best way to deal with these types of people is to know they have no power over you. Their weapon is their words and their lies. Don't listen to them. Block their number from your phone. Block them on all social media and email accounts.
They may do a smear campaign when they realize them and thier poisonous words don't mean anything to you. A smear campaign means they will tell anyone who will fall for their manipulative ways, lies about you.
Just ignore it do not respond. They love the negative attention they feed on it getting a rush. It's addictive to them.
Keep screenshots of all text messages, copies of all emails and social media messages. Save all voicemails and call logs.
This is harassment.
The best thing you can do is continue to live the amazing, beautiful life you are living because narcissist do this when they are jealous and spiteful. Don't let them bring you down.
